The Ming’s Recycling website is designed to provide you with information regarding our business services. Therefore, we automatically collect a limited information when you visit the website. This information is not linked to and does not reveal your identity. It may include device-specific characteristics, such as your IP address, browser, and language. This information is used to secure and maintain the operation of our website. The information is also needed for analytics and reporting purposes.
We also may retain any data you choose to enter on the contact form of our website. The form has fields for your name, email, and any message that you choose to include. This information is used to reply to your inquiry.
We use the information we collect to fulfill legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, and secure our services. We use YouTube to serve videos on our facilities pages. We take every precaution to disable Google’s cookies and tracking capabilities on our embedded YouTube videos. If you access the videos on the facilities pages, should review the YouTube terms of service.
We will keep your information for the shortest possible time unless required by law. No purpose requires us to retain your personal information for longer than 1 year.
The website uses TLS encryption over HTTPS to encrypt your session. We also have appropriate security measures in place to safeguard any personal information that we may store. This information is not stored in the Ming’s Recycling website server. Although we do our best to isolate and protect your information by storing it separately from the web server, the transmission of information to and from the website is done so at your own risk. If you use the contact form, you should ensure that you are accessing it from a properly secured network.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits any users who reside in California to request and obtain information about categories of personal information we disclose to third parties, and the names of all third parties with which we shared the personal information. They may request the above once a year, free of charge.
